On 17th January 2009 Bridport Scottish Dancers enjoyed
their 10th Annual Ball - This year it was dedicated to the memory of Bill
Allan who had, sadly, died recently.
Bill was at the heart of the setting up of Bridport Scottish
Dancers in 1995 - He was our first Chairman and he always made his presence
known with a combination of sagacity and, sometimes wicked, wit. He is
much missed. We presented a bouquet of flowers to Kathleen, his widow,
who continues to take a lively interest in our activities.
