Reel for three couples in a four couple set; 8 x 40 bars

| 1 - 8 | 1st, 2nd and 3rd couples circle left. On bar 5, all pull back their right shoulder and chase back to place. |
| 9 - 16 | 1st couple dance down the middle for three, and back to the top for three, and then cast through 2nd place to end back-to-back in centre facing own side as for double triangles (2nd couple move up on bars 15 and 16). |
| 17 - 24 | 1st couple dance Crown Triangles. Finish in centre of dance, still back-to-back, woman facing up and man facing down. |
| 25 - 28 | 1st couple dance ½ reels of three on own side giving right shoulders (1st man down and 1st woman up). |
| 29 - 32 | 1st couple dance ½ reels of three across the dance (man up and woman down). All three couples are now on their partner's side of the dance. Order 3-1-2. |
| 33 - 38 | 1st couple lead to the top, crossing to their own side, and cast to 2nd place. They dance down between the 3rd couple and cast up to 2nd place on their own side WHILST the 2nd and 3rd couples set and dance ½ rights and lefts. |
| 39 - 40 | All set. |
